Inspiration
Philippe Roth was born in Lorraine and grew up in the Yvelines. He was inspired by his grandmother's culinary talent and has always been drawn to quality local produce. Today, Philippe's inspiration comes from all walks of life, whether he's dining out, reading cookery books or exploring market produce. He is an ambitious cook who enjoys the challenge of creating dishes that will leave a lasting impression.

Experience
Philippe has worked in prestigious establishments such as Le Tastevin, which has two Michelin stars. He taught French cuisine in Japan and perfected his style of Franco-Asian fusion cuisine. Philippe has lived in London for 20 years, where he has worked for High Table and Avenance.
He was in charge of his own catering department at a leading law firm. As well as working as a private chef for La Belle Assiette, I am also able to create a luxury private dining experience in your own home.
